Bridging the Gap Mixer: New Face, New Place 2017

Downtown Nashville met uptown Jefferson Street with our 13th annual “Bridging the Gap” Mixer, the official kick-off of the Jefferson St. Jazz & Blues festival weekend.  On Nashville's iconic Shelby Street Bridge, this one of kind event brought together artists and entertainment, as well as vendors, for a night full of musical performances from Nashville's hottest artists covering jazz, R&B and blues music. 

Children's Pavilion 2016 

Jefferson St. Jazz & Blues Festival is a good time for ALL ages!  With the Jefferson Street United Merchant Partnership's (JUMP) Children's Pavilion, Nashville families got an opportunity to listen, dance and create some fun with music! Featuring Spoonman Talley, Jae Friz, Aset Academy, King C, Ashley Brooks, I Love to Rock Music Group, Maplewood High School Marching Band, Whites Creek High School Jazz Band and Divas Diamonds.

16th Annual Jefferson St. Jazz & Blues Festival

Celebrating the influence of African American music on American culture, last year, festival-goers enjoyed headliners such as Latimore, Lakeside Band with Mark Wood and Midnight Star, along with local artists Marcus J and Sonja Hopkins.
